Privacy in Data Exchange:

All transmissions to the Gradients of Sight entity or to David Law, (generic data from statistical reports or using a direct contact method); will be handled under strict sensitivity and confidence. No information will be offered, shared, sold, or otherwise disclosed to third-parties as Gradients of Sight is and will remains a sole proprietor operation. There is limited opportunity for data exchange beyond the download of Rich Text Format files in the Articles section. Adding mention of an RSS News Feed and basic web statistics located on the index and resources pages.

Personal Information Protocols:

Data that is sent to the aforementioned will be restrained to extremely limited use and lifespan. Personal information received via email, instant message, or other direct contact method will be destroyed post its receipt. Regarding web statistics, only generic data and overall page views are privately (non-public) presented. No specific IP address or demographics is issued or known. The RSS News Feed is only a one-way medium, and does not deliver content regarding your machine.
